Bareburger Dubai

If you’ve been following my blog for quite some time, you would have known by now that I’m always searching for new places to try and so I can give my honest feedback about them. And on the quest to find unfamiliar restaurants, I just recently discovered Bareburger at the corner of the Dubai Festival City Mall.

This legendary organic burger restaurant originally from New York City has recently opened its doors in the city of opportunities that is Dubai.

One thing you must know though is that Bareburger isn’t just any old burger joint. The restaurant prides itself on serving up a diverse menu of scrumptious burgers, salads and sides that are made from only organic ingredients as well as a selection of free-range meats, giving customers a happier, healthier and tastier experience.

The restaurant is brand new and you can see that the interior screams “eco-friendly”. The tables and chairs are made of wood and there are plant decors on each table. It’s also very colorful with framed pictures of the animals.

Whether you’re looking to build your own custom contraption, or if you just want to try something new, I believe Bareburger is the place for you. On their menu is a selection of starters, salads and a lot of gluten free and organic options. If you’re feeling creative, simply pick your patty, grab your bun and fill it up with whatever toppings, sauces and spreads your heart desires, you name it, they’ve got it.

We started with the Cali Fresh salad made of Kale, quinoa, alfafa, grape tomatoes, radish, onions, hummus, lemon vinaigrette and their Macho fries and chicken strips.

Then we ordered their best selling burgers, El Matador made up of Hereford prime beef, aged cheddar, green leaf, pickled jalapeños, guacamole, spicy pico de gallo, brioche bun and the Blue Buc which consists of Venison, bleu, beef bacon, caramelized onions, smoke sauce and multi grain bun.

I was feeling creative and healthy so I tried creating my own burger but it’s as simple as grilled chicken with cheese but wrapped in greens instead of bread. This one is really good and I was very happy I chose this.

We finished off our meal with a selection of desserts: Bakla-Wow (Vanilla ice cream, baklava, caramel sauce, whipped cream, pistachio), Apple crumble (Vanilla ice cream, caramel sauce) and Be my sammie (Chocolate chip, caramel sauce and vanilla ice cream). Out of the three choices, I liked the Be My Sammie the most because as simple as it looked, it was really sweet and tasty.

The prices of the food are really affordable compared to other burger joints who serve just the regular beef or patties. At Bareburger, you get to eat flavorful burgers without the guilt because they are all organic.

The staff are also helpful and very knowledgeable about every single item on the menu. Joy, our server for the night really helped us with our choices and for a first timer like us, she was able to give reliable suggestions on what to order.

So overall, we were absolutely satisfied with our Bareburger experience last night. This new place knows what the customers want. If you want something tasty, and you want it in a trendy place where you can kick back with your friends with nobody to tell you to stop laughing too loudly and top it off with marvelous food? Bareburger is definitely what you’re looking for. Join the organic revolution and make your way to the lean, mean, all natural burger flippin’ machine!
