King’s Grill is one of the most famous restaurants in Ajman. Why? You may ask. It’s because the restaurant boasts of the authentic taste of barbecue dishes, prepared and grilled on a traditional charcoal in an open kitchen environment.
The place is not massive but can probably seat around 100 people at one time. The interior is very simple and you can see the kitchen as it is open ensuring diners that they follow the highest hygienic standards.
The restaurant combines the elegance of long established cooking with exceptional hospitality to create a dining experience that you will never forget. It’s true because every time I eat here, I always remember the taste and want to come back for more after I finish a meal.
They almost always have buffet offerings for the guests but you can also order a la carte if you want. The buffet is priced affordably at only AED 75 per person so it really is a great value for your money.
So what can you expect from their buffet offering? They have a vast selection of salads, Arabic hot and cold mezze, soups, sandwiches, pasta and desserts but the premium grills are the highlight of their menu.
I always come back to this place to have a taste of their grilled chicken, hammour and prawns.
They also have some of the most approachable and courteous staff I have ever encountered since I stepped foot in the UAE. I like that they are friendly and would always check on you without being intrusive.
The Lunch Buffet starts from 12:30 pm – 03:30 pm and the Dinner Buffet from 07:00 pm – 12:00 pm. I highly recommend the King’s Grill if you are ever in Ajman. Definitely not just for kings, I think this is the best in the city and you really have to go and try this even if you’re not checked in as a hotel guest.
