The Restaurant at the Address Boulevard is the signature dining outlet at the newly opened hotel. The latest addition to the impressive portfolio of the hotel chain boasts a homely and comfortable feel of an actual apartment. This unique restaurant concept will leave you mesmerized as soon as you enter and will make you want to stay for as long as possible.
I visited The Restaurant finally last Friday as they launched the Riviera Chic Brunch. In an attempt to recreate the en-vogue vibrancy of Cote d’Azur, the fashion and flavors of Southern France come together at the newly launched Friday brunch. It features authentic Mediterranean dishes served to the table as a family style instead of a buffet spread and that includes Pissaladiere, Bouillabaisse, Petits Farcis and more.
I believe there’s no need to talk about the specific dishes but one thing is certain, I lost count on how many times I asked for another round of a particular dish because it was just too good to just have one serving.
So basically, you can have as much food as you want and depending on the package that you will avail, it also includes soft drinks or house beverages. There is even a caviar lady that roams around and shows everyone how to properly enjoy eating the salt-cured fish egg delicacy.
It’s a good thing though that the desserts were laid out because I’m sure they will get tired of me asking for more and more gelato and ice cream. It was honestly so good and way different from all the other regular ice cream variations that I have tried.
To help set the atmosphere, a French band was around and played popular songs and a petanque field was available to add more fun.
The Restaurant is divided into different rooms for every mood and one thing that I noticed is that every room is immaculate and looked all new and modish.
Everything was literally spotless, same as their service which was flawless. I mean, considering the number of guests during the brunch and how fast they were able to handle our requests, the service is truly highly commendable.
I tried hard to find something wrong with the whole experience but can’t find any. My only suggestion would be that they should have printed menus on the table so at least, the guests would know what is being served. I know the waiters explain it very well but it’s still different when it’s printed as it just makes it easier for everyone.
And probably a nice Photo Booth because if guests are coming and are dressed to the nines, they would want to remember the moment for a long time so printed pictures with a nice backdrop would be a great addition.
To sum it up, I didn’t expect that the Riviera Chic Brunch would be one of the best brunches I have ever tried so far. It’s perfect in every way and I’m sure that the future guests will agree with me when they finally try it. The place is fascinating, you will fall in love with the exquisite dishes, the atmosphere is inviting with the relaxed family feel and the unique concept is just perfect for the avid foodie who is looking for a fresh, distinctive experience like no other.
